David Mardiros

David Mardiros was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1985 and the Bar of Western Australia in 1989. David has practiced a variety of areas of law throughout his career with a particular focus on Aboriginal, civil and administrative law. He has appeared before various courts and tribunals throughout British Columbia and Western Australia and has taught at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia and Okanagan University College in Kelowna.

The focus of David’s practice is on employment law (wrongful dismissal) and school law including the representation of clients in professional disciplinary matters.
